Patrick Dell was, as of April 3133, a peace and antinuclear activist on Towne.[1]

Patrick shared an opposition to war and nuclear power with his father, Richard Dell, planetary senator for Gunderland province up to November 3132. They shared a common enemy: PlasmaTech Enterprises, a company working towards fusion plant manufacturing on Towne. On 13 April 3133, at the age of 19, Patrick disrupted the groundbreaking ceremony for PlasmaTech's manufacturing center near Camp Mariposa, leading a group of activists in throwing animal carcasses and spent shell casings at PlasmaTech CEO Charles Romonovski and town governor Lorraine Sun-Li. He and four other protesters were arrested for the disruption, charged with assault, breach of peace, and cruelty to animals.[1]
