Charles Romonovski was, as of April 3133, CEO of PlasmaTech Enterprises.[1]

As CEO of PlasmaTech, Charles oversaw the company's effort to construct a fusion plant manufacturing center near Camp Mariposa on Towne. On 13 April 3133, Charles attended the plant's groundbreaking ceremony alongside Camp Mariposa Governor Lorraine Sun-Li. Both suffered a barrage of animal carcasses and spent shell casings thrown by a group of antinuclear protesters led by Patrick Dell. These protesters were arrested.[1]
Charles also served as an occasional advisor to planetary Senator Westley Branch.[1]
