SaKhan Jorgensson was noted as having red-brown hair that looked unbrushed and an habitual three-day growth of beard.[2] In 3145 he was the CO of Rho Galaxy.[3]
In March 3151, two Clusters from his Rho Galaxy conquered Yorii and Imbros III, positioning the Ghost Bears within one jump of Terra.[4]
After the IlClan Trial, he travelled with his Khan to Terra to assist in the ceremony consecrating the new IlClan. On 25 May, he and Khan Bekker had a private meeting with the new IlKhan, Alaric Ward, elaborating on the complexities preventing the Dominion from immediately joining the new Star League.[5]

The Dominion Civil War's eruption forced Roy to act; in a meeting with the Unity Council, he spoke first in an attempt to convince the councilors to cease fighting, though this was ultimately in vain. Later, he decided to journey rimward to gauge the Dominion touman 's feelings and to discover what had happened to Rho Galaxy and, while Dalia Bekker didn't want to let him go during such a tumultuous time, she eventually agreed.
