Mission Status reports, as compiled by the Project Lead, are determined by page completions. As each assignment has three team members assigned, and as each team member finishes his assignment, the respective pages of the targeted title are considered completed. In other words, if a title has 21 pages of material, and the Research Writer completes his assignment of 2 pages, but neither the Fact Checker nor the Copy-editor have done so, the project would be at 3% completion.

: ''Example: A 21-page article has 63 'pages' of assignments: 21 for the Research Writer, 21 for the Fact Checker and 21 for the Copy-editor. With 2 'completed' pages from the Research Writer, the mission is at 3% (2/63=0.031746, rounded to 3). If all three members of the team have completed the same 2-page assignment, then the mission is at 10% complete (6/63=0.095238, rounded to 10).''

Style Note: Mission Status reports

Mission Status reports, as compiled by the Project Lead, are determined by page completions. As each assignment has three team members assigned, and as each team member finishes his assignment, the respective pages of the targeted title are considered completed. In other words, if a title has 21 pages of material, and the Research Writer completes his assignment of 2 pages, but neither the Fact Checker nor the Copy-editor have done so, the project would be at 3% completion.

Example: A 21-page article has 63 'pages' of assignments: 21 for the Research Writer, 21 for the Fact Checker and 21 for the Copy-editor. With 2 'completed' pages from the Research Writer, the mission is at 3% (2/63=0.031746, rounded to 3). If all three members of the team have completed the same 2-page assignment, then the mission is at 10% complete (6/63=0.095238, rounded to 10).
