'Ariadne Sherbow was a mercenary during the Clan Invasion Era.
Personal History
Ariadne Sherbow joined the Waco Rangers Mercenary group sometime prior to 3058. She participated in the Battle of Coventry (3058), in the lance lead by lieutenant Manny Totske, in Mace McCarthy's company, along with Hector Shirotan and Parker LaBelle.[1]
The 21 April, when the Rangers and Crazy Eights led a flank attack against the Dalles, the Clan Jade Falcon warriors were waiting them. McCarthy's company formed the regiment's right flank. McCarthy's arrogance and dismissal of the Lyran scout leader Caradoc Trevena led them fall into a Falcon ambush, and the clan forces fell over them.[2]
Ariadne's Mech was critically damaged, and she became the first of her lance to die, when a Gauss round impacted her cockpit, kiling her instantly.[3]
At the end, only Manny survived of his lance. He managed to escape, but traumathized. His men's loss, and the refusal of McCarthy to recognize his errors, moved him to abandon the Rangers.[4]
In 3090, a picture remembering her and her lance mates was hung into the Memory Wall of the Cracked Canopy MechWarrior's bar on Solaris VII.[5]

Ariadne's only known 'Mech was a Griffin.[6]
Physical description
Ariadne was described as a short and petite woman, with short blond hair and an animated face.[7]
