Star League Era

During Operation CATALOG - a large-scale anti-cartel operation that was particularly active in the Lyran border regions abutting the Free Worlds League and Rim Worlds Republic - the Fourth Lyran Guards were engaged in battling smugglers operating in the Radostov system.[35]

Before the fall of the Star League, Radostov was the host to a Star League Defense Force garrison.[36]

First Succession War

Radostov was one of the Lyran Commonwealth's border worlds caught up in the fighting when the First Succession War erupted, but unlike several other planets in the region did not suffer from extensive WMD use. When the LCAF began assaulting the Bolan Thumb in earnest by conquering Valloire in 2790, Radostov was seized in retaliation by the Free Worlds League but reclaimed a year later by the Lyrans. Defended by planetary militia, Radostov fell once more to the League in 2806 as part of its campaign to recapture the Thumb worlds, but was retaken by the LCAF two years later.[37] [8]

During the FedCom Civil War one Baron Popov led a pro-Victor group on Radostov, prompting his arrest by Lohengrin agents.[38]
