Wilhemina Liao was a Capellan Confederation noble of the Capella Liaos.
Personal History
After New Syrtis' campaighn, Danai Liao-Centrella was named Duchess of Castrovia, which pointed her as the Chancellor's Daoshen Liao-Centrella's heir. Then she met Lady Wilhemina Liao, her cousin of Capella Liaos, which taught her the duties of being a member of the Sheng nobility. When Fortress Wall fell, Danai led her regiment and others to the Republic world of Hall, facing the defending battalion of the Fourteenth Principes Guards and establishing a nascent Capellan government, with Wilhemina traveling with her to continue teaching her.[4]
