William Mandat was the aide to the commanding officer of the Word of Blake Militia's Ninth Division as of 3062.[1]
History[edit]
Precentor VI Mandat, serving under Precentor XII Alice Phuong, was stationed on Terra in 3062. A rarity for the Militia, Mandat was a former member of ComStar's Explorer Corps who grew dissatisfied with searching for enemies outside of the Inner Sphere when so many abounded at home. Leaving ComStar shortly after the Battle of Tukayyid, Mandat spent several years as a mercenary before a chance encounter with a Blakist lead to him becoming a rising star in the Word's Toyama Sect.[1]
