The Veterans of the Succession Wars was a military veterans society within the Lyran Commonwealth as of the early Thirty-first century.[1]
History[edit]
The Veterans of the Succession Wars was caught up in the Stilson Incident, a Lyran military scandal, due to its local Tharkad chapter being the recipient of a donation from the Duke of New Exford. The Veterans agreed to sponsor the Duke's son to attend The Nagelring as a result of this donation, despite him being manifestly unqualified. When this scandal became public in 3017, it became the impetus for an ant-corruption drive within the Lyran Commonwealth Armed Forces by Archon Katrina Steiner.[1]
