Theo Gilyard was the Kommadore in command of the the Twenty-fifth Arcturan Guards AeroSpace Brigade.[1]

This character is an easter egg reference to the movie Die Hard, along with every other officer in the RCT aside from the Marshal. The name is a combination of the character, Theo, and the actor, Clarence Gilyard.
