Sian Nightly News broadcasts included a commentary segment, known as "Special Comments", providing pro-Capellan opinion. On the 13 March 3078 episode of the show, Alfredo Chen's Special Comment expressed disappointment at the pro-Devlin Stone student protests on Genoa in the days prior, decrying the failure of Capellan society to instill a greater level of patriotism for the Capellan Confederation and love for its Chancellor in the young people involved.[1]
