System Description[edit]
The SLSC G1IV.2510 system is located in a region or nation known as the Vela Association, located near a site known as the Vela Supernova. The system contains at least one world, described as being similar to Mars.[1]
System History[edit]
SLSC G1IV.2510 was apparently the subject of a scientific expedition during the early years of the Star League era, based upon the discovery by Interstellar Expeditions of the wreckage of a Jumbo-class DropShip - a Star-League era design - on a world in the system. IE considered it likely that the DropShip was transporting scientific equipment intended to be used in studying the Vela Supernova remnant. As of 3095, the IE archaeological dig working in the area represented the farthest anti-spinward IE dig currently underway.[1]
