Sergeant Roger Kane was a member of the Payvand Militia in the early 31st century.[1]

In March 3011, Roger Kane served in D Company of the Third Battalion within the Payvand Militia. Roger was with the Militia at the town of Lowson on Payvand when they were attacked by the Drake's Dragons pirate band.[1]
