Republic Geological Resources, Republic Stock Exchange code RGR, was founded in 3098. It carried out geological surveys across the Republic.[1]
A survey of several worlds in Prefecture III led to what was, as of June 3132, the largest find in the company's history: extensive crude oil deposits in Addicks. Senator Kev Rosse announced the find on 18 June 3132 along with plans to extract the oil. RGR administrator Beatrice Cole noted to INN that development would be difficult, however, due to much of the deposit being hard to access.[1]
