Reginald Stephenson was the commanding officer of the Second New Ivaarsen Chasseurs as of 3025.[1]

Colonel Stephenson, serving with the Second New Ivaarsen Chasseurs, was stationed on New Valencia in 3025.[1]
During Operation Rat, Stephenson and the Second Chasseurs accompanied Marshal Nicholas Stephenson and the First New Ivaarsen Chasseurs in the 3028 invasion of New Hessen. Facing off against the Second New Hessen Irregulars in the capital city of Buchvaal, the Second Chasseurs' specialty in urban combat immediately turned the tide in their favor and the city was quickly taken.[2]
