Pierre Cormier was, as of July 3132, an influential cryogenics researcher and honorary Knight of the Sphere.[1]
History[edit]
In graduate school, Cormier focused on the effects of cryogenic stasis on the brain, identifying and isolating particular areas that responded poorly to cryonic treatment. From that foundation, he worked on protecting those at-risk areas, developing treatments and inhibitors for their defense. In the years leading up to 3132, Cormier took efforts to spread his improvements and discoveries across the Sphere.[1]
On 15 July 3132, Exarch Damien Redburn granted Cormier an honorary knighthood, celebrating his work on cold sleep.[1]
