Colonel Mazhar Choudrey was the commanding officer of the 'Mech regiment of the Fifth Free Worlds Legionnaires as of 3059. [1]

Colonel Choudrey was a veteran of the Orloff Grenadiers and a long-time friend of General Salvatore Orloff, so when the general was promoted to command of the Fifth Legionnaires he chose to take then-Force Commander Choudrey with him.[1] This decision lead to the green unit's performance increasing considerably. [1] By 3059, Colonel Choudrey was commanding the unit's 'Mech regiment on Lopez. [1]
