History[edit]
Based on Towne, Francisco was accused of destroying the Gherstwood Central Centre shopping complex, which resulted in sixty-two deaths. Suspected to have stayed behind on Towne following its liberation by Stone's Coalition and the creation of a anti-Blakist planetary government, an arrest warrant was issued for Francisco for his alleged crimes.[1]
