Kirrel Oshinko was a Doctor and member of the Open Seas Institute of Social Harmony in 3072.

History

In June 3072, retired Major Ephraim Pasquale, a member of a panel show on the Word of Blake Jihad was giving an impassioned speech about the need to support the men and women of the AFFS, when Kirrel Oshinko said something to another of the members, Sean Vogel. In response to critical comments Major Pasquale started a brawl, for which the Major later took responsibility.
