Major General Kaveh Mehran was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 101st Mechanized Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

A quiet and well-read man, Mehran had an extensive personal library, and had learnt several languages merely to be able to read their literature unmediated by translations.[1]
