Kashira Barker was the final ranking officer of the Twentieth Rasalhague Regulars during the Ronin War.[1]

The Twentieth Rasalhague Regulars, declared Ronin after their hostile actions towards the new Free Rasalhague Republic, were forced to flee into the massive mines of Memmingen in order to avoid destruction at the hands of the First Sword of Light. After seven weeks of being hunted to extinction, Barker remained as the final officer that the Twentieth Regulars had. On 29 October 3034, Barker approached the First Sword's lines with a white sheet tied to his BattleMech's left arm and negotiated the surrender of the twenty surviving members of the Twentieth Regulars.[1]
