Joseph MacClellen was a noble of Loxley during the Jihad.[1]

He was a member from the Estates General for twelve years, during which he was related to several controversy moments, with rarely a month when the scandalvids didn't have the baron linked with women "of questionable virtue". His relationship with colleagues was to be blunt bad, and he had been involved in several fights, and had been arrested for public intoxication thirty-five times.
In 3080 after there were allegations that he used his position to rig bids and steer rebuilding contracts to companies owned by friends and campaign contributors. He resigned but promised to be back once he won the case in the court.[1]
