Major General John Morell was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's Thirtieth Jump Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]

Leading a jungle specialist Division, Morell kept his troops training in that environment as much as possible, not wanting them to get soft sitting in a comfortable garrison post.[1]
