Ilse Martinez was a DropShip Captain from the Free Worlds League. She served as XO for Renfred Tor's JumpShip Invidious and as Captain of the Phobos, an aging Trojan- class dropship, till it was upgraded to a Union-class. Martinez and her ship served as part of the Transport Division for the Gray Death Legion.

By 3020 Martinez would be the first officer of the Merchant-class JumpShip Invidious[1] and Captain of the Trojan-class DropShip the Phobos. Sometime before 3028 the Phobos was upgraded from a Trojan-class to a Union-class DropShip.
