Major General Garman Mpande was the commander of the Star League Defense Force's 64th Infantry Division as of 2764.[1]
History[edit]
Mpande was a chief of the Zulu, steeped in its history and traditions, who regularly trained with a shield and short stabbing spear in the style of his ancestors. A large muscular man, he was however just as comfortable wielding a BattleMech or Laser Rifle.[1]
