Captain Fletcher Considine was a member of the Command Lance, Charlie Battalion, Delta Regiment of Wolf's Dragoons as of 3028.[1]

Considine participated in the Battle of Misery in 3028, after which he retired from the Dragoons, as did a number of other Charlie Battalion officers due to the morale issues arising from the controversies around Major Neil Parella's suspected alcoholism.[1]

Considine was known to pilot an Archer BattleMech.[1]
