History[edit]
Until 3127, Burdinakov was a member of Warrior House Imarra, who was frustrated at his lack of advancement. Defecting to the Republic of the Sphere, he remained in hidden until the Blackout, hoping to avoid being captured by the Maskirovka by whom he was wanted as a traitor. Becoming a mercenary after the loss of HPG communication, he adopted the name F.S. Burdnak, joking the initials stood for "For Sale". Joining the Swordsworn, his motivation included their being the highest bidder, together with the insult it represented to his former Capellan masters.[1][2]
As of 3133, Burdinakov was a member of a Close Assault Lance within the Davion Guards, under the command of Dereck Hasbani. His other Lancemates were K. Kitsman and La'Donna Morgan.[3]
BattleMech[edit]
Burdinakov was known to have piloted a Shockwave BattleMech, serial number FW307-18B, nicknamed "Final Straw". Built in the former Free Worlds League, this 'Mech was captured by the Capellan Confederation during a Marik raid into their space, and then taken by Burdinakov when he defected to the Republic.[1][2]
