History

When by 3080 Duke Hamilton Hager was leading a project to build a new railroad between Loburg City, the capital, and Dartburg, a major seaport on the Spatz Sea, the project ran against opposition from the No Dartburg Rail Group, an environmental defense organization led by Cindy Smith, which said that the project would endanger the Loburg Chipmunk, and against the landowners, who said that the amount of money offered to them to buy their lands was very low.

The Duke was trying to deflect all these points, while trying to keep the project within budget.
