Lieutenant Charles "Demoyan" Bailey was a MechWarrior during the thirty-first century.[1]

Wolf's Dragoons[edit]
Born in the Free Worlds League, Bailey joined the Wolf's Dragoons, earning a slot in the Wolf Spider Battalion in the lead-up to the Dragoons' Civil War in 3054. Surviving that conflict, he was promoted to command a lance in Delta Regiment.[1]
Imprisonment and Release[edit]
While with Delta Regiment on Tharkad, Bailey was arrested due to a fight with members of the Waco Rangers, and left behind in a Lyran jail when the Dragoons shipped out to Coventry in 3058 to fight the Jade Falcon Incursion. Left in limbo by the slow processes of the Lyran Alliance legal system, Bailey remained incarcerated until 3061, when he was pardoned as part of Katherine Steiner-Davion's charm offensive to become First Lord.
Upon release however, Bailey learned his sister and parents had died in a house fire, and became disillusioned. Drifting into the Word of Blake, he was believed to have become a Light of Mankind operative, tentatively identified with one of their Level II's on Tharkad in 3068.[1]

Bailey was known to have piloted a Chameleon BattleMech.[1]
