Dr. Boris Chin was, as of 3133, a Mirach-based agrobiologist and business leader.[1]
History[edit]
Dr. Chin specialized in plant genetics, and was well respected for his research by 3133.[2]
Chin was one of the leaders of the Mirach Business Association,[1] an alliance of Mirach-based businesses that, in the wake of the Blackout, built its own private military around converted IndustrialMechs. In May 3133, the MBA used this force to help the ruling House Ortega fend off a coup attempt by Minister of Information Elora Rimonova.[3]
