After Bannson Universal Unlimited took over DiNapoli Industries in 3132, Jacob Bannson laid off over 15,000 DiNapoli employees and closed five divisions on 16 July. Asher Dolnitz, representing the Brotherhood of Sphere Workers, quickly condemned the layoffs and the minimal compensation Bannson offered.[1]
