A St. Ives native, Zhen Zheng was a loyal Citizen to the Confederation, shamed at the actions of her older brother who was a leading voice against the Chancellor. Following her brother's disappearance one night, she had made sure her loyalty and devotion were clear lest her brother's dishonor reflect poorly on her family.[1]
