::* The fighting spread to three (Hoard, Glory, and Paxon) former Wolf holdings, now under the control of the Coyotes. Several Clans (Star Adders, Goliath Scorpions, Fire Mandrills, and Blood Spirits) combined their resources to start assaults on these planets. Glory was assaulted by a taskforce which contained Scorpion and Mandrill units. The defending 120th Strike Cluster was shattered because their charismatic commander was killed in combat. The advancing 14th Scorpion Grenadiers together with the 61st Firestorm Cluster destroyed the unit to the last machine. The enclave was divided equally between the two Clans. Paxon saw fighting during the end of December when the Spirits send their Scarlet Guards to the planet. The fight between the Guards and the 49th Battle Cluster of the Coyotes led to a disaster. Both forces took their fight to a Diamond Shark settlement. The civilian casualties were high (several hundreds). Alerted and enraged, the 83rd Combined Strike Cluster stationed nearby avenged their fallen Clan members. The Coyotes discover that the now empty Shark base was used to resupply the exhausted unit. The 83rd retreat back to the city, where they armed the civilians. The newly arrived 8th Cruiser Cluster reinforced the Sharks defenders. A head hunter mission was successful, which cost the Coyotes their commander. But the outraged Coyotes destroyed these units completely. The Spirits were also heavily beaten and only a few Stars retreated off world.<ref name=WoR_82_83>''The Wars of Reaving'', pp. 82–83</ref>

::* The Spirits gather enough forces to start their invasion for the rest of Arcadia. The Ghost Bears on that world ignored the offer of the Spirits. The situation got worse when a Spirit WarShip destroyed an unarmed civilian JumpShips. The Ghost Bears destroyed the ship as retaliation for that action. On board the Spirit WarShip, Karianna Schmitt, Khan of the Blood Spirits, was mortally wounded. The Ghost Bears, satisfied with the result, retreat to their new home: the Inner Sphere.<ref name=WoR_83>''The Wars of Reaving'', p. 83</ref>
