Rotating through different captcha questions and programs is a good idea. Blocking known lists of IPs is another. Changing the id of the forms on the login page is the next project I plan on doing on my wiki, but again, these all need ftp access. You said last year that the issue seemed to be benign, and with only two instances it wasn't much of an issue anyways. Now, with the number of cases of Database Corruption skyrocketing, I wanted to bring it up again for a possible re-check. A "Walkthrough" in the sense of gaming tips doesn't belong on the article page proper, but I reckon it could be written into a subpage.
