Treason Trials

During the period between 2518 and 2520, the Treason Trials purged the Federated Suns High Council of most Lauraists (supporters of Laura Davion) and other moderates.

This had the unintended effect of reducing the number of Regents from five to four, often leaving them deadlocked.
