An ambitious man, Tadeo went to work strengthening the Rim Worlds Army at an alarming rate, supplied in secret by the Draconis Combine. By 2650, The Star League estimated that he had doubled the military in a mere three months, prompting First Lord Michael Cameron to issue the Council Edict of 2650 placing restrictions on the size of every state's military.[1][2][3]
By early 2651, Tadeo had garrisoned front-line, elite troops in a state of combat readiness along the entire border with the Lyran Commonwealth. He set about turning Apollo, Götterdämmerung, Erewhon, and several other worlds into armed camps.
