Stefan Amaris (b. 2717 – d. 2779) was born in the Periphery and would become ruler of the Rim Worlds Republic. After befriending the young Richard Cameron, he killed off the entire known Cameron line and usurped the throne of the Star League. This touched off a 13-year civil war between his forces and those of the SLDF, led by Aleksandr Kerensky. Eventually, he and his family were executed by Kerensky during the reconquest of Terra.
