Scourge was a pirate for the New Belt Pirates and Suzie Ryan's right-hand man.
Veil
Scourge would be responsible for doing raiding on behalf of her pirate band against the Eridani Light Horses on the world of Veil. He would also encounter Conner Sinclair in a duel, defeating him after the latter punched out. Scourge would later encounter Sinclair again with his former comrades.
