Description
Named after a MechWarrior it defeated in its test run, the Savannah Master is notable for using a fusion engine, unlike most conventional vehicles. With its high speed and low armor, the Savannah Master hovercraft stays alive by keeping mobile and wearing down heavier units with its lone weapon.
Armament
As the Savannah Master primarily engages light recon 'Mechs (which tend to be lightly armed and armored), the single Defiance B3M Medium Laser is more than sufficient for its needs.
Variants
- Test-bed: Two small lasers replace the medium laser; model not pursued due to lack of acceptable range.[2]
