Saul Ahmed was a trueborn warrior from Clan Steel Viper.
He was convicted of cowardice during the Battle of Tukayyid and only redeemed some honor via a Trial of Refusal. The stigma of the trial prompted his transfer to the command of Psi Galaxy.
As of 3061 he was still the Commanding Officer of the unit.[1]
