Rolf Bjarnesson was the official Free Rasalhague Republic MRBC representative in 3053.[1] He was still the representative in 3054.[2]
Bjarnesson was quite skilled in military strategy, having written several dozen books on the subject. His friends called him "The General" but he never was one.[3]
