Richard Costa was a member of the 143rd Luthien Defense Regiment during Operation REVIVAL.[1]
History[edit]
In January 3052, Richard Costa participated in the Battle of Luthien where he helped defend the largest iron ore mine on Luthien, located in the Nijunen Desert, against the 225th Jaguar Battle Cluster from Clan Smoke Jaguar.[1]
