Rao was tall and broad, with deep green eyes.[1]
History[edit]
On 20 May 3049, Rao's Star arrived on Roskan, a coreward Deep Periphery planet, seeking to claim it as their own. The Roskan Colony Defense Force arrived to meet them, and Rao and the milita's Colonel Milovic arranged a duel for possession of the planet: the Scorpions' Ketelle versus Roskan's Gorton. Gorton was victorious, and Rao's Star departed.[1]
