Patrick Ryan was the commander of the Princefield Military Academy in 3135.[1]
Biography
Patrick Ryan was a Baron and a General, and held command of Princefield Military Academy. When problems inside the Republic of the Sphere appeared, he said that the Oriente Protectorate would not attack The Republic as the Protectorate was not an aggressor state, and it would never attack the sovereign planets of another nation.[1]
