Patrice Avellar (b. 3038 - d. ????) was the youngest daughter and third child of President Neil Avellar of the Outworlds Alliance and his wife, Federated Suns noble Rebecca DeSanders. Patrice's older sister, Camillo, was born the year before Patrice, whilst her brother, Mitchell, was born in 3035.; Mitchell would go on to become President of the Outworlds Alliance when their father abdicated in March 3056.
