Obuchi-Galileo is a city located on the Luthien continent of Aichi, just south of the planet's equator and east of the Dragon's Tears chain of islands linking to the primary continent of Hokkaidō.[1] Obuchi-Galileo's population, including the surrounding area, is less than one million.[2]
