Designed as an inexpensive conventional fighter at the dawn of the Age of War, the Mosquito Light Fighter was a popular aircraft for its time. Designed by then AeroTech Industries of Andurien, the vehicle saw widespread use between the Capellan Confederation and the Free Worlds League but also was licensed to other minor concerns. The Mosquito's success during those times helps propelled Aerotech into an interstellar sell of its time.
By the 26th Century, the air vehicle had become obsolete and was considered primitive technology; thus it had faded from use.[1]
