Michael Hyung-Tsei was the commanding officer of the Death Commandos BattleMech Regiment.[2]
Command
Hyung-Tsei was a veteran of the Capellan Hussars, the first commander of the Death Commandos who did not come up through a Warrior House. Judged a borderline sociopath by the Maskirovka, on at least one occasion, Hyung-Tsei shot one of his own troops for questioning an order. He also once rewarded a Commando warrior for executing another soldier who demonstrated a marginally reckless attitude that put his team in unnecessary danger.[3]
