Commander Max Cooper was the commander of the guard at Maxim Transport Industries' main factory on Sian as of 3037.[1]

Cooper was a guard commander on Sian for Maxim Transport Industries when it dissolved due to scandals in 3037. Cooper also happened to be a significant shareholder in Maxim Transport Industries as well.
He attempted to acquire the MTI plant for himself by force during the first few days of the company's dissolution, using the infantry and Maxim hover transports under his command to resist a hostile takeover by the corporate militia of MTI competitor Hellespont.
His troops were forced to retreat in the face of the attack by Hellespont's forces, and when they attempted to return to retake the facility, his swift hover tanks were defeated by the now entrenched defenders. Commander Cooper lost his life in this last assault.[1]
