Sergeant "Mad" Mathius Cutter was a mercenary infantryman, who served with Bannson's Raiders Wyld's Jokers, during the Dark Age Era.[1]
History[edit]
The leader of the Wheels of Fire vehicular criminal gang, based on streets of Tybalt's capital MacBeth, Cutter was recruited by the Bannson's Raiders following the Blackout. Under the employ of the Wyld's Jokers mercenary unit, Cutter became the CO of Cutter's Killer Clowns' Scout ATV Squad, which was notable for the skill in small arms and daredevil driving of its warriors.[1]
